Quality Process Improvment & Satisfaction Managment:

Here at Chancla Ink we have a Quality Process Improvment and Satisfaction Managment plan that we follow to help us to ensure that we can complete our testing to maximum satisfaction. The process structure was thought up by Foxvann while she was on a little hill on a trip to Amsterdam. The Process has 4 key steps:

Concern 
Learning
Intuition
Testing   

These process can be broken down like so:

Concern:

The first step of the process is looking for concerns within a product. This helps us to remove the outer layer of issue as we are able to identify the fact that there is a need in the first place.

Learning:

The next step of the process is to look deeper into the issue that we have found and try to learn more about what might be causing it. This can be considered the final layer of issue before we get to the bare probelm, which needs to be fixed.

Intuition:

This step is where we use our intution to try to fix the issues that we have uncovered. Through this, every employee on the testing team will give a motion on how to fix the problem. From there every motion will be tested vigerously to ensure we fix every nook of the issue.

Testing:

This is the final step, where we do final tests to see if the motion really does achieve satisfaction. This phase is where every member of the tesing team will come together and by the end of the process will trully be happy with the product we are testing.

Co Founder
Foxvann is a co-founded Chancla Ink with alongside her best friend SailorKhaleesi. Her involvment is mainly on the administrative side thought she does like to get her hands dirty some times and help get involved in the testing process.

Sailor is a co founder of Chancla Ink alongside her best friend FoxVann. Sailor is in charge of the companies actual processes and often takes pleasure in personally testing the products that we test for the companies we serve.
